Prime Santa Monica 1920’s Spanish-style home with a hint of hacienda within walking distance to the shops on Montana. Feel like you’re on a Californian vacation with archways to the swimming pool and hot tub surrounded by palm trees. Entering into the light filled lounge room, you’ll find comfy button-backed sofa’s for prime entertaining. Off the living room through an archway are a bathroom and bedroom (with queen-size bed). The dining room has a large oval table for 8, it opens to the kitchen, and on side the TV room.
At the top of the Spanish wrought iron staircase, you’ll find the master bedroom (with king-size bed), which has a pitched ceiling and a roll-top bath in the ensuite. Down the hall, is an office which doubles as a bedroom (twin bed) which shares a jack + Jill bathroom with another bedroom (with a Queen bed)
The garden has a newly renovated games + exercise room with a white-tiled bathroom and laundry room.
